I’m taking on The Long Run
"Team Garry" is in support of Garry McDermott, a 20+ year Navy veteran and a man who has always been the first to offer help, a laugh, or even the shirt off his back, he is facing the toughest challenge of his life. Earlier this year, Garry was diagnosed with stage 5 Prostate Cancer.
This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.
Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 72 men newly diagnosed every day.
