I’m taking on The Long Run

This (July ‘til) September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run. I’m a positive diagnosis and booked in for a Prostatectomy in Sept/Oct so need to the ramp up on the fitness and tone (significantly!!) before the Op.

Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 70 men newly diagnosed every day.
