I’m making prostate cancer history.

Nailed it - thanks for your support!

Despite my late start, I completed my target 72 kms in just 3 weeks. You all helped me raise a rather staggering $1209 towards the cause of improving prostate cancer awareness so younger men get checked out when they should. This will help avoid surgery, radiation, hormone therapy and more.

The Long Walk

I started a week late on this month's walk after eyelid surgery last Monday. By the end of this weekend I should be at a third of my walking target.
I am also pleased to say that I have raised my donation target twice and thank family and friends for their generous support.

Promoting prostate cancer awareness

This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in 'The Long Run'. For me, it will be the Long Walk and my target is 72kms.

Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 70 men newly diagnosed every day. Just over a year ago I received my own diagnosis and have been undertaking treatment since, with encouragingly positive results.
