The last week!

I have been a bit slow getting going but this week have less than 100km to ride!  I just hope the weather holds for a few days peddle

Starting to get ready!!

Well as cold as it is if I am to make 500km in September to meet my goal I need to get a bit fitter.  Todays ride around town.

I’m taking on The Long Run

This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.

Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 70 men newly diagnosed every day.
