I’m making prostate cancer history.
My 5th Long Run 💙
This September, during Prostate Cancer Awareness Month I’ll be running 72 kms to raise money for the Prostate Cancer Foundation of Australia, a cause very close to my heart.
Last year, with your help I raised an incredible $22,153 and was the highest fundraiser in Australia. I am so proud to be participating in my fifth long run this year, setting my goal high with a whopper... $30,000!
Prostate Cancer is the most common cancer in Australia. My goal is to raise awareness about early detection in the men we love, so they don’t feel the shock my Dad did about his diagnosis of Stage IV Metastatic Prostate Cancer at just 52 years old. Dad has been an absolute trooper throughout numerous rounds of chemo, radiation, and hormone therapy.
I will forever be an ambassador to the PCFA and I am so appreciative of your love and support to such a worthwhile cause.
