I’m making prostate cancer history.

I’m taking on The Long Run

This September, I’m helping fund raising by taking part in The Long Run.


I'd love your support today - for the 1 in 5 Australian men who will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime.

The reason Im taking on the long run, is in support of my old man, Tim Isaacs who was diagnosed with Prostate Cancer this year.


He has undergone surgery successfully and is recovering.


Your support can really make a difference, for those men who end up diagnosed.

3rd run complete

The Long Run #5 & 6 complete, was able to get a quick run in before my work group session.

Run #7 complete

Damn that was an awesone run. It was a good slow session running with a few lads.
I would like to thank Virginia and my Anomymous donator for your support and your words. It helps inspire me to keep me moving forward for this cause.

It really means alot to me to have all of you supporting me in this.

I wish you the best, im going to take a few days to recover, before putting more Km's on the clock.
