The Prostate Cancer Numbers
I am running 72km in the month of September to signify the 72 men diagnosed with prostate cancer daily.Halfway There
I have reached the halfway point and approximately 1km behind schedule due to some horrid weather the last few days. I will dig in this week and look to do a few extra km’s to catch up.Into Week 2
Started week 2 of running and struggled a bit today however met my minimum distance of 2.4km.On Target.
11 km run so far and on target for 72km by 30th Sep.I’m taking on The Long Run
This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run.
Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 72 men newly diagnosed every day. I have recently seen a number of family and friends affected by prostate cancer.
