I’m taking on The Long Run
My awareness for prostrate cancer kicked in after my Dad passed away in February 2020. Now I'm fighting my own little battle with this disease and getting looked after extremely well. Considering 1 in 8 men will be diagnosed with prostrate cancer I urge all my family, friends, colleagues to please get tested. It's a simple pain free test that takes minutes and early detection really important.
This year for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month I'm going to walk or hike 100 kms in September
