Update on My Long Run effort

This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run. I started today, one day early on Aug 31st.

Rather than just running 72km, I'm also going to indoor row 72km and do 720 pushups.

Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 72 men newly diagnosed every day.
