I’m making prostate cancer history.
I’m taking on The Long Run
This September for Prostate Cancer Awareness Month, I’m giving it all I’ve got by taking part in The Long Run. I am covering these KMs for my dad who has metastatic prostate cancer, my father-in-law who just had a radical prostatectomy due to prostate cancer, and 2 of my uncle's also PC survivors. Prostate cancer will in some way affect all of us in our life. And thanks to charitable organisations like PCFA, we can all give to help support these men and their families as well as advance important research to find better treatments and outcomes.
Prostate cancer is Australia’s leading cause of cancer, with 70 men newly diagnosed every day.
